How do I place an order ?
- You can create an account on thehomeoffice.in website by using your email address. Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT. You will receive an email asking to confirm your account creation.
- Validate your email by logging into your mailbox and activating your account by clicking the link sent to you. Once activated you can login and browse through the range of products. (Make sure to search for this email even in your spam, promotion or others folder. If you haven't received the email, please write to thehomeoffice@offineeds.comfrom your corporate email id. We will manually activate your account.)
- Add your selected products to the shopping cart and update the quantity you want to order.
- Update your address and contact details, as we will need these details to deliver your consignment and update you on the order status of the consignment.
- Initiate your payment through the payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an order no. with the status of the order for your account. If there are problems in making your online payments, then call us on +91 8880656565 or write to us on shop@thehomeoffice.in from your registered email address, and we will resolve the issue.
- You can check your order status against your order ID for tracking till the consignment is delivered to you.
Can I avail Offers or discounts ?

My money was deducted from my account but order wasn't confirmed/transaction failed. What should I do ?
- This usually happens on a slow connection, if the payment servers freeze, or if you accidentally close the payment page before it auto redirects to our website. In case the order doesn’t go through (i.e. - you don’t receive an order confirmation email) but you’ve still received a message from your bank or wallet provider stating that the amount has been debited, don’t worry!.
- Please get in touch with us via chat or phone, and share the below details:
- Amount that got debited.
- Any transaction id available
- The email id you would’ve used to place the order.
- We will have to check the status on our payment gateway. The payment status can either be captured, pending, or failed
- In case the payment status at our end is captured, we will create an order for you, for which we’ll need the details for the product you want to order, shipping and contact details .
If it’s pending, we’ll have to wait for sometime for the gateway to confirm the payment.
If it’s failed or bounced, your bank should reverse the payment to your account within 3-7 days.
What modes of payment does the store support ?
- The website supports all major Credit cards and Debit cards including Net banking and major digital wallets. The website does not support Cash On Delivery (COD).
- We also have EMI options from various service providers.

- Yes. www.thehomeoffice.in is a b2c website. However we have a special discount for Corporates. Check our Corporate Discount Program.
Do you ship to my city and location ?
- We are delivering all products across India. We use 3rd party delivery/ courier partners for our deliveries. During pandemic or any natural calamites our deliveries are sonly elected products as per Govt guidelines in Orange & Green zones. Please put your pin codes while selecting the products to check delivery options.
What is the estimated delivery time ?
- Products are typically dispatched after 1- 4 days of order confirmation depending on your destination and services related to the Product shall be provided after the delivery of the Product. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
- All the products are transported and delivered using our partner delivery network.
- While we try to ensure that the Product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery
Are there any shipping charges ?
- Shipping is absolutely free for all order above Rs 1995* For any orders below Rs 1995, shipping fee of Rs 149/- will be applicable.
How do I track my order ?
- The best way to check your order status is to sign-up at thehomeofficein and go to the order tracking on the homepage of the website. You can also track your order from your account. We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think well within 10 days of your order. In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 12 - 15 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. What should I check when the product is delivered to me ?
- Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:
- Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer / insect infestations.
- For all products that require wall installation, kindly decide prior to the delivery team's visit on the exact location in your house where you would want to place your product, and instruct the delivery team to fix the product; please ensure that you have taken all necessary approvals prior for any drilling etc. that may be required to fix wall items in your apartment / home.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product ?
- We deal with good quality products. In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the customer care professional immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us or write to us at thehomeoffice@offineeds.comYou can check our return policy.
- Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. Inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement incase of manufacturing defect, delivery damage or wrong item sent.
- if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.
- Warranty does not cover any damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer, normal wear any damage caused due to tampering of the product.

- Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
Can I cancel my order ?
- Cancellation : Any cancellation request have to be sent through an email within 24hrs from the time of order.
- Cancellation at the time of delivery: not accepting of order at the time of delivery is not acceptable as a per our cancellation policy and there will be cancellation charges of 75% of the total order value will be deducted.
Can I return the order / I don't like the products received ?
- As per our cancellation policy, we don't have any cancellations, exchange or return of the product which are ordered and delivered.
I have a quality problem with the product I just received. What do I do ?
- Unhappy with a purchase? Go through our Returns Policy and see if you would want a replacement. If there are any clarifications, do get in touch with us.
